Founders

When it opened to the public in 1998, the Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum already had an evolutionary history of almost twenty years. We conducted interviews with our Founders to find what efforts had been taken to create our institution and asked these questions about specific issues that had to be tackled and the future prospects for the new Museum. (Farmers and ranchers were also asked questions from the Farm & Ranch Folks protocol.) The results were used to develop the 1998 exhibit "From the Grassroots."
